摘 要:针对聚呋喃二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEF)韧性差、脆性大的难题,采用化学共聚将1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)单体引入PEF并成功制备了高韧共聚酯。系统研究了CHDM含量对共聚酯结构性能的影响,结果显示:共聚酯均为无规共聚酯,数均相对分子质量为17 806~23 654 g/mol,分子质量分布为2.0~2.6,特性黏度为0.69~0.75 d L/g。随着CHDM含量增加,共聚酯出现了新晶体结构且各晶面间距和晶粒尺寸有所降低,结晶度从20.29%增至39.13%,表明CHDM可有效提升共聚酯的结晶能力,同时共聚酯具有良好的热稳定性。共聚酯力学性能呈现先增加后下降趋势,当CHDM质量分数为60%时,共聚酯拉伸强度为56.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为188.2%。综上,化学共聚可有效调控共聚酯分子链组成与晶体结构,进一步可制备高韧性共聚酯材料。In response to the problem of poor toughness and brittleness of poly(ethylene 2,5-furandicarboxyl⁃ate(PEF)),high-toughness copolyesters were prepared successfully by using chemical copolymerization to in⁃troduce 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM)monomer into PEF.The effect of CHDM content on the struc⁃tural properties of the copolyesters was systematically investigated.The results show that the copolyesters are all random copolyesters with the average molecular weight of 17806~23654 g/mol,molecular weight distribution of 2.0~2.6,and the intrinsic viscosity of 0.69~0.75 dL/g.With the increase of CHDM content,the copolyesters appears a new crystalline structure with the decrease of the spacing of each crystal plane and the crystallinity and the crystallinity increases from 20.29%to 39.13%,indicating that CHDM can ef⁃fectively improve the crystallization ability of copolyesters,and the copolyesters have good thermal stability.The mechanical properties of the copolyesters show a trend of increasing and then decreasing.When the CHDM mass fraction is 60%,the tensile strength of copolyesters is 56.2 MPa and the elongation at break is 188.2%.In conclusion,chemical copolymerization can effectively regulate the molecular chain composition and crystal structure of copolyesters,which can further prepare high toughness copolyesters.
