摘 要:民用飞机复合材料舵面壁板一般为R区大曲率的蜂窝夹芯结构。为保证气动外形,零件制造一般采用阴模成型工艺,然而受零件结构及材料性能的影响,制造过程中压力无法很好地传递。零件前缘R区蜂窝芯下料层易出现受压不足,从而导致质量问题出现。以R区为研究对象,通过实施增强R区传压的工艺软膜方案、减小蜂窝夹芯收缩的胶膜稳定化方法等优化措施,有效地提升了复合材料大曲率壁板R区的制造质量。Generally,the typical structure of the panel for civil aircraft composite rudder is honeycomb sand-wich with large curvature in R area.In order to ensure the aerodynamic shape,parts are generally manufac-tured using a negative molding process,but due to the impact of the structure and material properties of the parts,the pressure in the manufacturing process can not be well transmitted.The laminate under honey-comb in R area was prone to insufficient compression,which leads to quality problems.Taking R area as the research object,the manufacturing quality of R area of composite panels with large curvature was effec-tively improved by several optimal proposals including implementing the process soft film scheme to en-hance R area pressure transfer and a film stabilization method to reduce the shrinkage of honeycomb core.
