摘 要:为探究塑钢纤维的掺入对抗冲磨混凝土性能的影响,取工程中常用的聚丙烯纤维作为对照,设计不同纤维掺量并探究各组混凝土试件之间性能差异,从抗渗性能、抗冲磨强度、抗压弹性模量、抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度等方面进行评价。试验结果显示:塑钢纤维掺量为4.0 kg/m~3时,混凝土抗冲磨强度能够达到较高水平,此时塑钢纤维混凝土具有优于聚丙烯纤维混凝土的综合性能,但从抗渗性能和干缩角度来看塑钢纤维混凝土略差;最佳塑钢纤维掺量下的混凝土抗冲磨强度相较未掺加纤维的普通混凝土试件提升幅度约126.3%。In order to explore the influence of the addition of plastic-steel fibers on the performance of im-pact and wear resistance concrete,polypropylene fibers commonly used in engineering were taken as the control,different fiber content was designed and the performance differences among each group of concrete specimens were explored,and evaluated from the aspects of impermeability,impact and wear strength,com-pressive elastic modulus,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength.The test results show that when the content of plastic steel fiber is 4.0 kg/m3,the impact and wear strength of concrete can reach a higher level,and the comprehensive performance of plastic-steel fiber reinforced concrete is better than that of polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete,however,from the point of view of impermeability and dry shrinkage,plastic-steel fiber reinforced concrete is slightly worse.The impact and wear strength of concrete with optimum plastic-steel fiber content increased by 126.3%compared with that of ordinary concrete with-out fiber.
