摘 要:以聚氨酯为基体材料、纳米材料为改性剂,制备纳米材料/聚氨酯复合材料。纳米材料均匀分布于聚氨酯大分子长链结构内,不仅可确保复合材料柔韧度与刚度,还可改善聚氨酯材料力学性能,以此复合材料制成的运动鞋鞋底性能也更为优异。因此,通过分析运动鞋鞋底性能需求,以聚氨酯原液为鞋底基体材料,在预聚法原液内加入纳米CaCO_(3)粒子,并对以此原液制成的运动鞋鞋底性能进行测试分析。结果发现,纳米CaCO_(3)/聚氨酯复合材料运动鞋鞋底防滑性明显优于单纯聚氨酯材料运动鞋鞋底,可保护运动员不受损伤;纳米CaCO_(3)/聚氨酯复合材料运动鞋鞋底耐磨性更佳,耐用且使用寿命更长。The nano material/polyurethane composite is prepared with polyurethane as the matrix material and nano material as the modifier.The nano material is evenly distributed in the long chain structure of polyurethane macromolecules,which can not only ensure the flexibility and stiffness of the composite material,but also improve the mechanical properties of polyurethane material.The performance of sneaker shoes soles made of this composite material is also more excellent.Therefore,by analyzing the performance requirements of sneaker soles,taking polyurethane stock solution as the sole matrix material,nano CaCO_(3) particles are added into the stock solution based on the prepolymerization method,and the performance of sneaker shoes soles made from this stock solution is tested and analyzed.The results show that the antiskid property of nano CaCO_(3)/polyurethane composite sneaker soles was significantly better than that of pure polyurethane ones,which could protect athletes from injury;nano-CaCO_(3)/polyurethane composite sneaker soles have better wear resistance,durability and longer service life.
