摘　　要：经济管理展开的目标成本管理工作,能帮助企业减少不必要的成本,提高成本利用率。基于此,本文对目标成本管理在塑料企业经济管理中的应用进行分析。首先,本文对目标成本管理和企业经济管理进行阐述。其次,本文对目标成本管理在塑料企业经济管理中的优势进行分析。最后,本文对强化目标成本管理在塑料成本经济管理中应用效果的对策进行讨论,给行业工作者提供借鉴。The target cost management carried out by economic management can help enterprises reduce unnecessary costs and improve cost utilization.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of target cost management in the economic management of plastics enterprises.First of all,this paper expounds the target cost management and enterprise economic management.Secondly,this paper analyzes the advantages of target cost management in the economic management of plastics enterprises.Finally,this paper discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the application effect of target cost management in the economic management of plastic cost,and provides reference for industry workers.
