摘 要:[目的]解决现有LNG(液化天然气)应急调峰气源设施无法满足未来燃气供应突增需求的问题。[方法]采用综合设计方法,着重于LNG应急调峰站的工艺设计和总图规划。通过详细分析两者之间的协同作用,探讨了如何在设计过程中实现工艺与总图的有机结合,以提高设施的整体效能和适应性。[结果]将工艺设计与总图规划相结合,能够显著提升LNG应急调峰站的运行效率和安全性。这种集成设计方法不仅优化了空间布局,还促进了操作流程的流畅性,确保了在紧急情况下快速响应的能力。[结论]将工艺设计与总图规划有效结合,可以构建高效、安全且具有高度灵活性的LNG调峰系统,从而保障城市在冬季等高需求期的燃气稳定供应。[Purposes]This paper aims to solve the problem of the existing LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)emergency peak regulation gas source facilities being unable to meet the sudden increase in gas supply demand in the future.[Methods]The study adopted a comprehensive design approach,focusing on the process design and overall planning of LNG emergency peak regulation stations.Through a detailed analysis of the synergistic effect between the two,this paper explores how to achieve an organic combina-tion of process and general layout in the design process,in order to improve the overall efficiency and adaptability of the facility.[Findings]Combining process design with general layout can significantly im-prove the operational efficiency and safety of LNG emergency peak regulation stations.This integrated design method not only optimizes the spatial layout,but also promotes the smoothness of the operation process,ensuring the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.[Conclusions]By effectively combining process design with overall planning,an efficient,safe,and highly flexible LNG peak regula-tion system can be constructed to ensure stable gas supply to cities during high demand periods such as winter.
