摘 要:【目的】通过对水产养殖饲用微生态制剂专利进行分析,为水产养殖饲用微生态制剂领域的产业发展和技术研发方向提供专利数据的参考。【方法】从专利的视角,分析水产养殖饲用微生态制剂的专利申请情况,重点分析国内外申请趋势、中国授权专利的申请概况、重要申请人、主要技术分布等内容。【结果】水产养殖饲用微生态制剂领域的专利申请量和授权量均呈现出先上升再下降的趋势,该领域授权率较低,授权专利的寿命较短,创新主体主要为企业、高等院校和科研院所,主要技术涉及水体生物处理、水生动物饲料、菌株开发等。【结论】我国在水产饲用微生态制剂领域的研发遥遥领先于世界其他国家,但专利申请质量有待提升,新菌株的开发是该领域的研发热点和难点。高等院校和科研院所具备较强的研发实力,未来应加强产学研合作和专利运营,以促进产业进步和科技创新。[Purposes]The analysis of patents for microecological agents used in aquaculture provides a reference for the industrial development and technological research direction of microecological agents in aquaculture and feeding.[Methods]This article analyzes the patent applications of aquaculture and feed microecological agents from the perspective of patent analysis.and focuses on analyzing domestic and international application trends,overview of authorized patent applications in China,important appli-cants,and distribution of major technologies.[Findings]The number of patent applications and authori-zations in the field of microecological agents for aquaculture and feeding both show a trend of first in-creasing and then decreasing.The authorization rate in this field is relatively low,and the lifespan of au-thorized patents is short.The main innovative entities are enterprises,universities,and research insti-tutes.The main technologies involve water biological treatment,aquatic animal feed,and strain research.[Conclusions]China's research in the field of aquatic feed microecological agents is far ahead of other countries in the world.But the quality of patent applications needs to be improved.The research on new strains is a hot and difficult topic in this field.Universities and research institutes have strong research capabilities.In the future,cooperation between enterprises,universities,and research institutions should be strengthened,and patent operations should be strengthened to promote industrial progress and techno-logical innovation.
