数字内容产业贸易空间格局演变及特征——基于复杂网络的分析

摘  要:由于各国对数字内容产业的统计口径没有形成统一标准,其贸易量难以测定,致使数字内容产业贸易领域缺乏相关的定量研究。本文借鉴联合国贸易和发展会议的方法,估测数字内容产业贸易规模,利用复杂网络分析法刻画全球数字内容产业贸易空间格局演变过程进行特征分析,并对各国子图中心性进行分析,进而对全球贸易网络进行社团划分。研究发现:第一,总体上全球数字内容产业价值链得到进一步完善,各国之间贸易联系得到增强。第二,大国博弈加剧,大国之间数字内容产业贸易壁垒得到加强。部分国家对大国的进口依赖度下降。第三,数字内容产业区域内贸易联系加强,对区域对外贸易联系产生了挤出效应。第四,德国、中国、印度、荷兰和比利时在对非洲出口数字内容产品方面存在着竞争关系。在此背景下,为中国提升在贸易网络中的地位提出建议:一是要降低中国对于数字内容产品的进口壁垒。二是中国应当积极加入CPTPP等具有数字贸易高标准的贸易协定,抵御贸易挤出效应。三是应该以中国香港为支点,加强在大洋洲和东南亚的出口影响力,优化中国数字内容产品出口的战略布局。For there is no unified standard for the statistical caliber of digital content industry,its trade volume is difficult to measure,resulting in the lack of relevant quantitative research in the field of digital content industry trade.Drawing lessons from the method of the United Na tions Conference on Trade and Development,this paper estimates the trade scale of the digital content industry,describes the evolution process of trade spatial pattern of global digital content industry and analyzes its characteristics by using the complex network analysis method,which creatively analyzes each country's subgraph centrality,and divides the global trade network into communities.The research findings are as follows:1)In general,the value chain of global digital content industry has been further improved,and the trade links between countries have been strengthened.2)The game among big countries have intensified,and the trade barriers of digital content industry among big countries have been strengthened.The import dependence of some countries on large countries has decreased.3)The strengthening of intraregional trade links has had crowding out effect on the extraregional trade links.4)Germany,China,India,the Netherlands and Belgium have maintained competitive relationship in exporting digital content products to Africa.In this context,suggestions are put forward for China to improve its position in the trade network:1)China should reduce its import barriers to digital content products.2)China should actively join trade agreements with high standards of digital trade such as CPTPP to resist the trade crowding out effect.3)China should take Hong Kong as the fulcrum to strengthen its export influence in Oceania and Southeast Asia,thus optimizing the strategic layout of China's digital content export.
