摘　　要：针对大中型皮革企业生产过程中物流管理业务量大、数据类型丰富及时效性要求较高等问题,借鉴“互联网+”与智慧物流等新型理念构建一种针对大中型皮革企业的智慧物流体系。该体系由业务中台和数据中台搭建而成,“双中台”的设计方式能够很好地解决皮革企业物流业务响应慢、重复操作多及“数据孤岛”等问题,有效提升企业物流系统工作效率。In view of the large volume of logistics management,rich data types and high timeliness requirements in the production process of large and medium-sized leather enterprises,a smart logistics system for large and mediumsized leather enterprises was constructed by referring to the new concepts of Internet+and smart logistics.The system was built by business center and data center.The design mode of double center can solve the problems of slow logis⁃tics business,repeated operations and data islands of leather enterprises,and effectively improve the efficiency of en⁃terprise logistics system.
