皮革深棕TG和皮革深棕S的制备工艺研究

摘　　要：本文主要论述了皮革深棕TG和皮革深棕S两种产品实验室、车间的生产工艺操作流程,并对重氮化、偶合、络合、各反应组成、pH值、时间、温度、反应终点等进行了进一步的详细说明,并给出了产品在羊毛、皮革上的应用性能指标。This paper mainly discussed the production process of leather deep brown TG and leather deep brown S in laboratory and workshop,as well as the composition of diazotization,coupling,complexing and each reaction,fur⁃ther details such as pH value,time,temperature,reaction end point,and the application performance index of the product in wool and leather.
