摘　　要：鉴于溶剂型聚氨酯合成革会挥发大量有机溶剂、污染环境、威胁人体健康等问题,生态环保且可实现清洁化生产的水性聚氨酯合成革应运而生,以其制作体育器械不仅可以节省原料成本,还可以赋予体育器械良好的综合应用性能。本文主要对水性聚氨酯合成革干法制备工艺及其关键性技术进行了详细分析,并深度探究了水性聚氨酯合成革在体育器械中的应用,以期能够为水性聚氨酯合成革材料广泛应用,以及体育器械综合性能有效改善提供借鉴。In response to the problems of solvent based polyurethane synthetic leather,such as volatile organic sol⁃vents,environmental pollution,and threats to human health,waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather has emerged,which is environmentally friendly and can achieve clean production.Using it to make sports equipment not only saves raw material costs,but also endows sports equipment with good comprehensive application performance.This article mainly analyzed the dry preparation process and key technologies of waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather,and deeply explored the practical application of waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather in sports equipment,in order to provide reference for the widespread application of waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather and the effective im⁃provement of the comprehensive performance of sports equipment.
