摘　　要：互联网信息技术的普及推动了电商鞋服行业的快速发展,同时也暴露出电商鞋服行业传统供应链管理的问题。柔性供应链管理方式具有快速响应、高效库存管理等多方面的优势,能够减少供应链的无效运转情况,提升供应链资源的利用效率,在多行业的管理中有较为广泛的应用。本文从柔性供应链管理理论入手,探讨了柔性供应链管理在电商鞋服行业中的意义,介绍了电商鞋服行业柔性供应链构建原则及策略,以期为电商鞋服行业的经济效率持续性提高提供借鉴。The popularization of internet information technology has promoted the rapid development of the e-com⁃merce footwear and clothing industry,while also exposing the problems of traditional supply chain management in the e-commerce footwear and clothing industry.The flexible supply chain management method has advantages such as fast response and efficient inventory management,which can reduce ineffective operation of the supply chain and improve the utilization efficiency of supply chain resources.It has been widely applied in management in multiple indus⁃tries.This paper analyzed the theory of flexible supply chain management,discussed the significance of flexible supply chain management in the e-commerce footwear and clothing industry,introduced the construction principles and strat⁃egies of flexible supply chain construction in the e-commerce footwear and clothing industry,and provided reference for the continuous improvement of economic efficiency of the e-commerce footwear and clothing industry.
