摘  要:以某变电站项目为例,介绍了并联电抗器基础钢筋笼绝缘防护安装的施工工艺。详细阐述了采用PVC套管防护的加工、安装过程、钢筋笼纵横钢筋交叉位置处的绝缘处理的关键技术措施、发明意义、应用范围和应用实例。该方法避免了其基础钢筋笼产生回路,从而防止并联电抗器基础出现发热的现象,为供电设备的正常运行提供了良好的土建保障措施。Taking a certain substation project as an example,the construction technology of insulation protection installation for parallel reactor foundation steel cage is introduced.This article elaborates in detail on the processing and installation process of using PVC sleeve protection,the key technical measures for insulation treatment at the intersection of longitudinal and transverse steel bars in the steel cage,the significance of the invention,the scope of application,and application examples.This method avoids the generation of loops in the foundation steel cage,thereby preventing the phenomenon of heating in the parallel reactor foundation and providing good civil engineering guarantee measures for the normal operation of power supply equipment.
