摘  要:随着汽车行业的快速发展,燃油喷射技术已成为提高燃油效率和减少污染物排放的重要技术之一。喷油嘴为燃油喷射系统的关键部件。它的性能直接影响发动机的工作效率和排放标准。然而,喷油嘴易堵塞,影响整个汽车的性能。因此,探讨喷油嘴堵塞的诊断技术与修复方法,利用多种传感器技术检测和诊断喷油嘴的性能,采用化学方法和机械方法对堵塞喷油嘴进行修复,并通过实验与模拟分析,提出有效的解决策略。研究结果表明,所提的诊断和修复方法能显著提高喷油嘴的工作效率和可靠性。With the rapid development of automobile industry,fuel injection technology has become one of the important technologies to improve fuel efficiency and reduce pollution emissions.The injector is a key component of the Fuel injection.Its performance directly affects the working efficiency and emission standard of the engine.However,the fuel injector is easy to jam,affecting the performance of the entire car.Therefore,this paper discusses the diagnosis and repair methods of the nozzle jam,uses various sensors to detect and diagnose the performance of the nozzle,and repairs the jammed nozzle by chemical and mechanical methods,and through the experiment and simulation analysis,put forward an effective solution strategy.The results show that the proposed diagnosis and repair method can significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of the nozzle.
