摘 要:风能作为一种可再生能源,在全球能源结构转型中发挥着重要作用。然而,风电齿轮箱在运行过程中会产生大量热量,若无法有效散热,将导致润滑油黏度下降、齿轮和轴承磨损加剧,进而影响齿轮箱的使用寿命和风电机组的可靠性。文章提出一种齿轮箱散热系统优化方案,通过设计高效散热片、优化风道和油路系统、应用高效油泵等,显著提升齿轮箱的散热效率和温度均匀性。模拟实验结果表明,优化后,齿轮箱温度分布更加均匀,散热性能显著提高,为风电机组的稳定运行提供了可靠保障。As a kind of renewable energy,wind energy plays an important role in the transformation of global energy structure.However,the wind power gearbox will generate a lot of heat during operation,if the heat can not be effectively dissipated,it will lead to the decrease of lubricating oil viscosity,gear and bearing wear,and then affect the service life of the gearbox and the reliability of the wind power unit.In this paper,an optimization scheme of gearbox cooling system is proposed.By designing efficient heat sink,optimizing air duct and oil circuit system,applying efficient oil pump and other optimization measures,the cooling efficiency and temperature uniformity of gearbox can be significantly improved.The simulation results show that after optimization,the temperature distribution of the gearbox is more uniform,and the heat dissipation performance is significantly improved,which provides a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of the wind turbine.
