摘 要:文章设计某远程遥控小型履带式清雪车的液压系统,确定该系统主要设备的参数并进行设备选型,分析液压控制系统的构成及控制方式,最后使用AMESim软件模拟不同工况下的液压系统工作状态。模拟结果显示:在直行+清雪、转向+清雪、液压缸抬放3种工况下,液压系统性能符合设计要求;工况切换时,液压马达转速变化率均在1%以内,切换后迅速回稳,可满足传动系统的工作要求。This paper designs the hydraulic system of a remote control small crawler snow clearing vehicle,determines the parameters of the main equipment of the system,selects the equipment,analyzes the composition and control mode of the hydraulic control system,and finally uses AMESim software to simulate the working state of the hydraulic system under different working conditions.The simulation results show that the performance of the hydraulic system meets the design requirements under three working conditions:straight driving+snow clearing,steering+snow clearing and hydraulic cylinder lifting.When the working condition is switched,the speed change rate of the hydraulic motor is less than 1%,and the hydraulic motor quickly returns to stability after switching,which can meet the working requirements of the transmission system.
