摘 要:文章针对组串式逆变器冷却系统展开优化,提出复合结构散热器、高性能风扇、嵌入式热管和液冷系统相结合的创新优化方案。通过实验测试,优化后的冷却系统在散热效率、均温性、动态特性等方面有着显著提升,绝缘栅双极型晶体管(Insulated Gate BipolarTransistor,IGBT)模块和电解电容最高温度分别降低了20.1℃和15.8℃,系统效率提高了0.8个百分点。Aiming at the optimization of the cooling system of cascade inverter,an innovative optimization scheme combining the composite radiator,high-performance fan,embedded heat pipe and liquid cooling system is proposed in this paper.Through experimental tests,the optimized cooling system has significantly improved in heat dissipation efficiency,temperature uniformity,dynamic characteristics,etc.The maximum temperature of the Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT)module and electrolytic capacitor has decreased by 20.1℃ and 15.8℃,respectively.System efficiency improved by 0.8 percentage points.
