摘  要:某风扇部件中的风扇机匣,由于结构复杂、直径大、壁薄、材料难加工、零件易变形,在加工过程中难以保证尺寸和形位公差。因此,文章优化该风扇机匣的工艺路线,通过调整试验加工参数,加强细节控制,保证基准统一,进而解决风扇机匣第四级整流器后端组孔位置度要求高以及组合加工时零件振动大的工艺难点。采取打表调整轴向尺寸、塞尺补偿周向间隙的方式,确保内环加工状态与自由不受力状态接近,同时利用箍紧环减少内环加工中的振动,优化加工顺序,保证刀尖锋利,解决内环加工过程中的让刀、振刀问题。Due to the complex structure,large diameter,thin wall,difficult material processing and easy deformation of the parts,the fan casing in a certain fan component is difficult to ensure the size and form tolerance in the machining process.Therefore,this paper optimizes the process route of the fan cartridge,strengthens the control of details by adjusting the test processing parameters,and ensures the unity of the benchmark,so as to solve the technical difficulties of the high requirement of the group hole position at the back end of the fourth-stage rectifier of the fan cartridge and the large vibration of the parts during the combined processing.By adjusting the axial size and compensating the circumferential gap,the gauge can ensure that the inner ring processing state is close to the free and unstressed state.At the same time,the tight ring is used to reduce the vibration in the inner ring processing,optimize the processing sequence,ensure that the tool tip is sharp,and solve the problem of letting the tool and vibrating the tool during the inner ring processing.
