摘　　要：研发背景我国港口装卸设备发展多年,除了物料单一的专业化码头采用专业的装船和卸船设备外,很多兼顾件杂货和散货的通用码头仍然使用的是门座式起重机(简称门机)。然而门机装卸集装箱时容易存在简易吊具对位不准,使用操作烦琐,装卸过程中倾转及晃动现象严重等问题,装卸效率低,通用码头迫切需要解决以上问题。The green environmentally friendly double-four-link multi-purpose gantry crane is suitable for general docks that need to use grabs or containers to load and unload bulk goods,as well as to load and unload general cargo and containers under hook conditions.This gantry crane not only avoids the misalignment,shaking,tilting,and instability issues brought by ordinary four-link cranes,thus improving the loading and unloading efficiency of general docks,but also deeply implements the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,achieving zero dust and zero pollution during the loading and unloading of bulk materials.It has a broad market for promotion in docks that handle both general cargo and bulk goods as well as containers.
