摘 要:岸边集装箱起重机工作于码头前沿,是现代码头应用最广、集装箱装卸能力最强的装卸设备。文中针对岸边集装箱起重机结构健康监测响应概率密度分布的拟合问题,依据统计学理论选择合适的分布类型完成拟合。对其结构健康监测振动响应数据进行分布检验,采用卡方检验判断其是否符合常见的分布类型。对于不符合的响应数据,使用贝塔分布进行拟合。采用最小二乘法完成贝塔分布的参数求解,得到该数据的概率分布、概率密度函数等分布特性,并与原始数据进行对比。结果表明,岸边集装箱起重机结构小车运行方向和垂向的健康监测振动响应数据符合正态分布,而大车运行方向的振动响应数据不符合常见的分布类型,贝塔分布的拟合效果良好。Quayside container crane works in the dock,which is the most widely used loading and unloading equipment with the strongest container loading and unloading capacity in modern docks.Considering the fitting problem of probability density distribution of structural health monitoring response of quayside container crane,an appropriate distribution type is selected according to statistical theory to complete the fitting.The distribution test of structural health monitoring vibration response data was carried out,and chi-square test was conducted to judge whether it conforms to common distribution types.The non-conforming response data were fitted by beta distribution.The least square method was used to solve the parameters of beta distribution,and the distribution characteristics of data such as probability distribution and probability density function were obtained and compared with the original data.Results show that the vibration response data of trolley running direction and vertical health monitoring of quayside container crane structure conform to normal distribution,while the vibration response data of trolley running direction do not conform to common distribution types,and the fitting effect of beta distribution is good.
