上海海昌海洋公园游客满意度提升策略研究

摘  要:对主题公园来说,稳定顾客群体,保持并提升游客满意度是提升其经营管理水平和促进其高质量发展的关键。本文以上海海昌海洋公园为主要研究对象,通过实地调研和问卷调查的方法,从游客满意度的角度探究上海海昌海洋公园的发展现状。研究发现,上海海昌海洋公园目前存在着公共服务基础设施不完善、员工服务质量较差、餐饮产品价格过高的问题。针对上述问题提出了上海海昌海洋公园游客满意度提升策略:一是持续完善公共服务基础设施;二是多维度提高服务质量;三是积极调整餐饮策略。For theme parks,stabilizing the customer base,maintaining and improving tourist satisfaction are the key to improving their management level and promoting their high-quality development.This study focuses on Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park as the main research object,and explores the development status of Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park from the perspective of tourist satisfaction through field research and questionnaire surveys.Research has found that Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park currently faces problems such as incomplete public service infrastructure,poor employee service quality,and high prices for catering products.This study proposes strategies for improving tourist satisfaction in Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park to address the issues:firstly,continuously improving public service infrastructure;Secondly,enhancing service quality from multiple dimensions;Thirdly,actively adjusting catering strategies.
