摘　　要：介绍了混烧式机械化竖窑的工作原理,从碳酸钙的分解、原燃料粒度与煅烧时间和煅烧温度的关系等方面进行阐述,从生产质量控制与原燃料的成分等工艺要求进行生产研讨,最终将产品质量提高了一个档次,降低生产成本约286.22万元,增加销售收入约941万元。The paper introduces the working principle of the mechanized lime shaft kiln with mixed fuels,elaborating on the relationship between the decomposition of calcium carbonate,the particle size of raw materials and fuels,the calcination duration and calcination temperature.It also discusses production based on process requirements such as production quality control and the compositions of raw materials and fuels.As a result,the product quality reached a new level,the production cost was reduced by about CNY 2.8622 million,and the sales revenue increased by about CNY 9.41 million.
