国家文化数字化战略背景下数字文化产业的生态系统、技术路线与价值链条思考

摘　　要：在国家文化数字化战略背景下,数字技术的溢出效应不断应用于文化产业,在实践层面呈现出业态融合、技术点状突破、数字场景拓展等特征。但是,技术介入文化产业的路径、实现价值增值的方式等欠缺理论支撑和探讨,因此,从理论层面对文化产业和数字技术关系进行系统化研究具有较强的现实意义。通过文献整理、理论阐述等方法,研判国家文化数字化战略背景下数字文化产业在生态系统、技术路线、价值链和场景应用等方面的发展。为应对文化数字化发展带来的一系列新需求和新挑战,数字文化产业应以文化数据资产化、文化产业数字化和文化空间智能化“三化融合”为主的生态体系为支撑,遵循围绕中华优秀传统文化、社会主义先进文化和革命文化的文化核心,以“文化赓续—文化呈现—文化传播”圈层为主的“一核三圈”技术路线,通过“创意—设计—制作—传播—体验”等环节实现生产和社会价值的重构,最终在场景应用环节促进供需两端共同发展,助力实现数字文化产业的高质量发展。With the continuous promotion of the national cultural digitalization strategy,5G communication technology,artificial intelligence technology and other technologies are gradually integrated into the development of the cultural industry,promoting the development of China’s cultural industry in the direction of digitalization.Digital culture industry is an important content of China’s consumer Internet,and is also an important part of the national strategic emerging industries,which is also an important link in promoting the high-quality development of the cultural industry.Therefore,in the rapid development of digital technology,it is of strong practical significance to launch all-round research on digital culture industry.However,at present,the development of digital technology-enabled cultural industry has not yet formed a systematic research.Meanwhile,the lack of in-depth research on the technical route and value chain of digital cultural industry makes it much more difficult to provide theoretical support for the development of cultural industry from a systematic perspective.This paper aims to adopt literature research method.Firstly,this paper will descriptive research method and other methods to analyze the mechanism of the relationship between the industrial ecosystem,technology route and value chain of digital culture industry,and make clear the development law and intrinsic connection of the three.Secondly,this paper will discuss the ecosystem,technical route and value chain of digital culture industry respectively,to clarify the supportive role of ecosystem to industry development,the driving role of technical route to industry development and the promotion role of value chain to industry development.Eventually,this paper will explore the performance of digital technology empowerment linking the content supply side and cultural demand side through the elaboration of the application scenarios of digital culture industry.It provides a new practical dimension for exploring the digitization of cultural i
