冷轧板表面活性影响机理及控制策略

摘  要:以冷轧连退板为研究对象,采用GDS、SEM和电化学等分析手段探讨了冷轧板表面元素富集对其耐蚀性的影响规律,以及改善元素表面富集的控制策略。研究表明,材料成分的调整、连退炉工况的优化都可以有效的改善连退板表面元素富集结构,调整连退板表面活性满足汽车用户的磷化与电泳工艺。As China is vigorously promoting smart manufacturing,it is an inevitable choice for steel-making enterprises to use digital transformation to promote the upgrading and optimization of steel scraps management so that they can reduce production costs and achieve green and low-carbon development.The whole process integrated collaborative management and control system of WISCO steel scraps has been established to support the fine management and control of the whole process of scrap,to realize the intelligent operation of logistics,quality inspection and in posts in stocks so as to establish the scrap planning demand and distribution scheduling model in different districts,to realize visualization of the process with all elements,and to realize the intelligent decision-making of management posts.
