摘　　要：通过对热镀锌产品锌锭超标耗率影响因素研究,着重从锌层厚度控制、锌渣产生控制和工序成材率控制等3个方面进行分析研究,制定有效的应对措施,最终总结形成降低热镀锌产品锌锭超标耗率的控制方法。The paper studies the factors affecting the excessive consumption rate of zinc ingots in producing hot dip galvanizing products through the analysis and research on three aspects of zinc layer thickness control,zinc slag generation control and process yield control,so as to formulate effective countermeasures and summarize the control methods to reduce the excessive consumption rate of zinc ingots in producing hot dip galvanizing products.
