当代青年职业倦怠现象的多维分析及缓解路径研究

摘  要:近年来,青年群体中的职业倦怠现象逐渐蔓延,引起社会讨论与关注。基于此,文章结合调研结果,从生理、情绪、价值等多维度对青年职业倦怠的具体表征进行总结,将引致青年职业倦怠的主要原因归结为高压工作状态、个体能力差异、发展通道狭窄、薪酬待遇不满与多元角色冲突,提出职业倦怠存在消解奋斗精神、导致意识形态问题和衍生社会问题等潜在风险。据此建议加强在校学生心理健康教育,在休息休假制度与心理舒缓解压等方面补齐短板,组织开展职业技能提升、纠治恶性竞争风气、营造良好舆论氛围,加强政策倡导与劳动保护普法宣传教育,切实维护青年合法劳动权益。In recent years,the phenomenon of job burnout among young people has gradually spread,causing social discussion and attention.Based on this,this paper,combined with the research results,summarizes the specific characteristics of youth job burnout from multiple dimensions such as physiology,emotion,and value,and concludes that the main reasons for youth job burnout are high pressure working conditions,individual ability differences,narrow development channels,salary dissatisfaction and multiple Role conflict.It proposes that job burnout has potential risks such as dispelling the spirit of struggle,leading to ideological problems and derivative social problems.Based on this,it is suggested to make up for the shortcomings in the rest and vacation system and psychological relief and stress relief,and increase the care for young people;Organize the improvement of professional skills,rectify vicious competition,create a good public opinion atmosphere,and assist in the sustainable development of young people;Strengthen policy advocacy and legal education on labor protection,and effectively safeguard the legitimate labor rights and interests of young people.
