摘 要:以某通信机箱盖铸件为研究对象,根据铸件产品结构特点选择合适的压铸工艺参数,并设计了浇注系统。通过CAE软件对其充型过程、凝固过程进行数值模拟。结果表明,初始压铸工艺中铸件的部分位置可能出现卷气及冷隔缺陷。生产试模结果与初始工艺数值模拟结果基本一致,初始压铸工艺无法满足生产要求。对初始压铸工艺进行优化改进,并对优化后的工艺方案进行数值模拟、产品试制,卷气和冷隔现象得到大幅改善,满足生产质量要求。Taking a communication chassis cover casting as the research object,the appropriate die-casting process parameters were selected according to the structural characteristics of the casting product and the gating system was designed.The filling process and solidification process were numerically simulated by CAE software.The results show that in the initial die casting process,there may be entrained gas and cold insulation defects in some parts of the casting.The results of the production mold trial are basically consistent with the numerical simulation results of the initial process,and the initial die-casting process cannot meet the production requirements.The initial die-casting process was optimized and improved,and the optimized process scheme was simulated numerically and the product trial production was carried out,and the phenomenon of coiling gas and cold isolation was greatly improved to meet the production quality requirements.
