摘 要:基于H1F60小松伺服压力机,采用电磁感应模内加热系统,对1 mm厚的AZ91D镁合金薄板在不同工艺参数条件下的拉深成形性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:在室温下,板料不能成形圆筒件,温度升高到100℃后,板料被成功拉深成圆筒件,板料的极限拉深比随温度先快速上升,后缓慢上升,最后下降,400℃时,极限拉深比达到最大值1.91,此温度下板料的拉深性能最好;而当压边力、冲压速度增大后,板料的拉深性能却随之降低。In this experiment,based on the H1F60 Komatsu servo press,the deep drawing performance of 1 mm thick AZ91D magnesium alloy sheet under different process parameters was studied by using the electromagnetic induction in-mold heating system.The results show that at room temperature,the sheet metal can not form a cylindrical part.When the temperature rises to 100℃,the sheet metal is successfully drawn into a cylindrical part.The limit drawing ratio of the sheet metal increases rapidly first,then increases slowly and finally decreases with the temperature.At 400℃,the limit drawing ratio reaches a maximum value of 1.91,and the drawing performance of the sheet metal is the best at this temperature.When the blank holder force and stamping speed increase,the drawing performance of the sheet decreases.
