摘 要:通过液相还原法,将纳米零价铁(nZVI)和纳米银(nAg)负载到活性炭(AC)上,制备出一种新型复合材料(nAg/nZVI/AC),用于处理含铅废水。结果表明,在pH=7条件下,nAg/nZVI/AC对Pb(Ⅱ)的去除率达到99.7%,比原AC提高了74.28%。同时,银的加入提高了nZVI的反应活性,使吸附更快达到平衡。吸附过程与Langmuir模型(R2为0.972)和准二级动力学模型(R2为0.9219)更吻合。结合热力学分析结果,Pb(Ⅱ)的去除是一个以化学吸附为主的自发过程。A new type of composite material(nAg/nZVI/AC)was prepared by loading nano zero-valent iron(nZVI)and nano silver(nAg)on activated carbon(AC)through a liquid phase reduction method for the treatment of lead-containing wastewater.The results showed that under pH=7,the removal rate of Pb(II)by nAg/nZVI/AC reached 99.7%,which was 74.28%higher than the original AC.At the same time,the addition of silver improves the reaction activity of nZVI,enabling faster adsorption to reach equilibrium.The adsorption process is more consistent with the Langmuir model(R2=0.972)and the quasi-second-order kinetic model(R2=0.9219).Based on thermodynamic analysis results,the removal of Pb(II)is a spontaneous process dominated by chemical adsorption.
