摘  要:以工业副产钛石膏(TiG)为原料,与木屑共热解制备吸附材料(单独热解TiG-a与木屑共热解TiG-s),研究了不同pH、初始浓度、接触时间、共存物质等条件下TiG-s对水中磷酸盐的吸附性能和吸附机理。结果显示,木屑共存、氮气氛围、700℃热解条件下TiG-s的磷吸附容量是TiG-a的近20倍,计算饱和吸附容量112.6 mg/g;TiG-s对初始浓度小于25 mg/L的磷溶液去除率大于99%,吸附平衡TP质量浓度满足《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838-2002)Ⅲ类要求;水中共存物质对TiG-s吸附磷影响不明显。材料表征分析表明TiG-s比表面积BET小于10 m^(2)/g,物理吸附贡献少;溶液pH<3.5环境下TiG-s的Zeta电位为正,磷吸附机理为静电吸附和表面化学沉淀共同作用;FTIR、XRD、XPS图谱显示,更广泛pH条件下,TiG-s吸附磷以Ca-P表面化学沉淀为主。木屑共热解制备磁性钛石膏基吸附材料为钛石膏资源化利用、去除水中磷提供了新路径。The utilization of by-product gypsum(e.g.titanium gypsum,TiG)and the recovery of phosphorus from wastewater are critical issues in the TiO2 industry and water environment treatment.In this study,the TiG-derived adsorbents were prepared by pyrolysis of TiG alone(product designed as TiG-a)or the co-presence of pine wood sawdust(product designed as TiG-s).The adsorption properties of phosphate in water under different pH,initial concentrations of phosphate,reaction time and coexisting substances were studied.The results showed that the release of hazardous gases could be substantially inhibited when TiG and pine wood were co-pyrolyzed at 700℃in the N2 atmosphere.The calculated maximum adsorption capacity of TiG-s for phosphate was 112.6 mg/g,nearly 20 times of TiG-a.TiG-s could remove 99%of phosphorus at low concentrations of phosphorus(C0<25 mg/L)and the total phosphorus concentration could meet the national surface water classⅢwater standard.The coexisting substances in the synthetic wastewater had little effect on the removal of phosphorus.The specific surface area(BET)of TiG-s was below 10 m^(2)/g,which showed no significant impact on the adsorption performance.The Zeta potential was positive in the extremely acidic wastewater(pH<3.5),indicating both electrostatic adsorption and surface chemical precipitation contributed to phosphate removal.The dominant mechanism of the Ca-P precipitate was according to FTIR,XRD,and XPS under the pH value between 4 and 11.In summary,a new way was provided in this study for phosphorus adsorption removal in wastewater and resource utilization of titanium gypsum.
