摘 要:本研究通过在水油两相分别添加阳/阴离子表面活性剂(DTAB与SDS)辅助界面聚合制备了高性能反渗透复合膜。通过FTIR红外表征证实了基于阴阳离子活性剂新化学官能团结构的形成;通过XPS表征表明了适量的水油相活性剂添加能够有效的提高分离层的交联度;通过SEM及AFM证实水油相活性剂添加能够调节膜的表面形貌及降低膜表面粗糙度。反渗透膜的性能测试表明了当SDS添加量为0.01%,DTAB添加量为0.02%时,膜的产水通量提高20%以上,且脱盐率基本保持不变;膜的稳定性试验表面经过阴阳表面活性剂辅助界面聚合制备的反渗透膜具有长期运行稳定性。本研究为高性能反渗透膜的制备提供了一个方便且有效的途径。This study employed the addition of cationic/anionic surfactants(DTAB and SDS)in the aqueous and oil phases to assist interfacial polymerization for the preparation of high-performance reverse osmosis composite membranes.The formation of new chemical functional group structures based on anionic and cationic surfactants was confirmed through FTIR infrared spectroscopy.XPS characterization indicated that the addition of appropriate amounts of surfactants in the aqueous and oil phases could effectively increase the crosslinking degree of the separation layer.SEM and AFM analysis demonstrated that the addition of surfactants in the aqueous and oil phases could adjust the surface morphology of the membrane and reduce its surface roughness.The performance test of the reverse osmosis membrane showed that when the addition amount of SDS was 0.01%and DTAB was 0.02%,the water flux of the membrane increased by more than 20%,while the desalination rate remained basically unchanged.The stability test showed that the reverse osmosis membrane prepared through the interfacial polymerization assisted by anionic and cationic surfactants exhibited long-term operational stability.This study provides a convenient and effective method for the preparation of highperformance reverse osmosis membranes.
