摘 要:针对油田注入水中含硫而危害设备的问题,选择铁基质硅藻土脱硫剂(M-1),开展其在不同停留时间下的除硫效果和不同温度下的饱和吸附量实验。利用SEM、EDS等技术对M-1进行表征,利用热力学与动力学模型对实验数据进行拟合。结果表明,M-1表面为均匀细密的孔道,硫容能力强,主要成分为含40%铁的硅藻土;其吸附速度快,反应1 min时,水样中硫含量由原来的40.32 mg/L减少为0.029 mg/L,除硫率达到99.93%;该吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附模型和准二级动力学模型,属于单分子层吸附,是由化学吸附占主导地位,化学和物理吸附共同控制的过程,且该吸附是自发、混乱度降低的微放热反应。To solve the problem of equipment damage caused by sulfur in oil injection water,iron-based diatomaceous earth desulfurizer(M-1)was selected and its sulfur removal effect at different residence times and saturated adsorption capacity at different temperatures were tested.M-1 was characterized by SEM and EDS,and the experimental data were fitted by thermodynamic and kinetic models.The results show that the surface of M-1 is homogeneous and fine with strong sulfur capacity,and the main component is diatomite containing 40%iron.The adsorption rate is fast.When the reaction is 1 min,the sulfur content in the water sample is reduced from the original 40.32 mg/L to 0.029 mg/L,and the sulfur removal rate reaches 99.93%.The adsorption process conforms to Langmuir adsorption model and quasi-second-order kinetic model,and belongs to monolayer adsorption,which is dominated by chemical adsorption and controlled by both chemical and physical adsorption.Moreover,the adsorption is a spontaneous microexothermic reaction with reduced disorder.
