氧化铜纳米材料对好氧颗粒污泥处理畜禽养殖废水的影响机制探究

摘  要:本研究旨在探讨氧化铜纳米粒子(CuO NPs)对好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)在处理畜禽养殖废水过程中的颗粒化进程及其处理效率的影响。研究发现,CuO NPs的存在对AGS的污泥浓度和有机质含量产生了负面影响,并减弱了污泥的沉降能力。在CuO NPs浓度为30 mg/L的条件下,总悬浮固体(TSS)和挥发性悬浮固体(VSS)相对于总悬浮固体(VSS/TSS)的比例分别减少到6.07~6.15 g/L和65.5%~67.1%,同时污泥体积指数(SVI)增加至71.6~74.2 mL/g。此外,CuO NPs还促进了胞外聚合物(EPS)的分泌,且随着CuO NPs浓度的增加,EPS的分泌量也随之增加。CuO NPs还增强了EPS中蛋白质和多糖的合成。此外,高浓度的CuO NPs对AGS处理畜禽养殖废水中的污染物、氨氮(NH4_(+)^-N)和总氮(TN)的去除率产生了抑制作用。在CuO NPs浓度为30 mg/L时,化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮和总氮的去除率分别降低至82.5%~84.6%、88.6%~90.2%和60.4%~61.8%,显著低于未添加CuO NPs的对照组。这些发现为AGS在处理含有CuO NPs的畜禽养殖废水时提供了重要的数据支持,并有助于进一步优化处理工艺。This study aimed to investigate the impact of copper oxide nanoparticles(CuO NPs)on the granulation process and treatment efficiency of aerobic granular sludge(AGS)in the treatment of swine wastewater.The findings revealed that the presence of CuO NPs negatively affected the sludge concentration and organic matter content of AGS,and weakened the sludge settling ability.At a CuO NPs concentration of 30 mg/L,the concentrations of total suspended solids(TSS)and volatile suspended solids(VSS)relative to TSS(VSS/TSS)decreased to 6.07~6.15 g/L and 65.5%~67.1%,respectively,while the sludge volume index(SVI)increased to 71.6~74.2 mL/g.Additionally,CuO NPs stimulated the secretion of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS),with higher concentrations of CuO NPs leading to increased EPS secretion.CuO NPs also enhanced the synthesis of proteins and polysaccharides within EPS.Furthermore,high concentrations of CuO NPs inhibited the removal efficiency of pollutants,ammonium nitrogen(NH4_(+)^-N),and total nitrogen(TN)in AGS treatment of swine wastewater.At a CuO NPs concentration of 30 mg/L,the removal efficiencies of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonium nitrogen,and total nitrogen decreased to 82.5%-84.6%,88.6%-90.2%,and 60.4%~61.8%,respectively,significantly lower than the control group without CuO NPs.These findings provide important data support for AGS treatment of swine wastewater containing CuO NPs and contribute to further optimization of the treatment process.
