摘  要:以山东兖州某焦化厂焦化废水深度处理项目为实例,对焦化废水的水质特征、处理工艺、主要设计参数及运行状况进行详细分析。结果表明,采用(深度处理+膜浓缩+多效蒸发结晶)组合工艺,废水处理系统综合回收率高于94%,结晶混盐含水率<0.5%,出水水质满足GB 50050-2017《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》要求。另外,依据运行数据,分析了用电、氧气、循环水、蒸汽及药剂的成本,得出每吨水直接运行费用低于13.9元。In this paper,taking a coking wastewater advanced treatment project in Yan Zhou,Shandong Province as an example,the water quality characteristics,treatment process,main design parameters and operation status of coking wastewater are analyzed in detail.The results show that the combined process(advanced treatment+membrane concentration+multi-effect evaporation crystallization)is adopted,the comprehensive recovery rate of wastewater treatment system is higher than 94%,moisture content of crystal mixed salt<0.5%,this process can stably meet the requirements of"Code for Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment"(GB 50050-2017).In addition,according to the operation data,the cost of electricity,oxygen,circulating water,steam and chemicals is analyzed,and the direct operation cost per ton of water is less than 13.9 yuan.
