FCR工艺在西安某城镇污水处理厂中的应用

摘　　要：陕西省西安市某城镇污水处理厂在2018年启动建设,一期工程设计规模为5 000 m^(3)/d,总规划规模为10 000m^(3)/d。针对污水处理厂的污水进水水质及出水水质的特点,并结合提标要求及周边环境,本工程拟采用食物链反应器(FCR)工艺进行污水处理。在本工程中,FCR工艺利用仿生生物膜填料和挺水植物构建生物系统,通过微生物的作用对水中污染物实现高效降解。实际运行结果表明,该污水处理厂的最终出水水质优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。The construction of wastewater treatment plant in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province started in 2018.The design scale of the first phase project is 5000 m^(3)/d,and the total planned scale is 10000 m^(3)/d.According to the characteristics of the influent water quality and effluent water quality of wastewater treatment plant,and in combination with the requirements for upgrading the standard and the surrounding environment,the food chain reactor(FCR)process was selected in this project.The FCR process uses biomimetic biofilm filler and emergent plants to build a biological system and achieve efficient degradation of pollutants in water through the action of microorganisms.The actual operation results show that the final effluent quality of wastewater treatment plant can reach the first level A criteria of the Discharge Standard for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918-2002).
