摘 要:针对安徽某碱减量印染废水污染物浓度高、色度高、碱度高、可生化性差以及含有特征污染物对苯二甲酸(TA)的特点,结合以往相关工程经验,采用分质处理模式,即“TA废水酸析预处理+综合废水芬顿高级氧化—混凝气浮—水解酸化—接触氧化”组合工艺,使废水实现达标排放。介绍了其工艺特点、设计参数及处理效果等,废水处理工艺的日水处理费用为29.09元/t,每年为企业带来131.4万元回用水收益。工程运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,最终出水COD<200 mg/L,达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)表2间接排放标准,为纺织染整行业中类似印染废水的处理提供一定的工程经验。According to the characteristics of high concentration,high chroma,high alkalinity,poor biodegradability and characteristic pollutant terephthalic acid(TA)in a printing and dyeing wastewater in Anhui Province,combined with the previous relevant engineering experience,a mass treatment mode of the combination process of"TA wastewater acid out pretreatment+comprehensive wastewater Fenton advanced oxidation-coagulation floatation-hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation"is adopted.The combination process makes the wastewater discharge reach the standard.The process characteristics,design parameters and treatment effect of the wastewater treatment process are introduced.The unit water operation cost of the wastewater treatment process is 29.09 yuan/(t·d),which brings 131.4 million yuan of reuse water income for the enterprise every year.Engineering operation results showed that the system runs stably and the final effluent COD<200 mg/L,which meets the indirect discharge standard in Table 2 of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry(GB 4287-2012).This process provides certain engineering experience for the treatment of similar printing and dyeing wastewater in the textile dyeing and finishing industry.
