摘　　要：二尖瓣关闭不全(MR)是心脏瓣膜疾病中常见的疾病类型,胸腔镜下二尖瓣成形术(MVP)治疗MR是一种新兴的微创手术方式,该手术具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点,受到广大患者及心脏外科医生的青睐,但其手术技术难度高、外科医生学习曲线较长。本文拟结合临床经验分享经胸腔镜下MVP治疗MR的具体操作步骤。Mitral regurgitation(MR)is a common type of valvular heart disease.Thoracoscopic mitral valvuloplasty(MVP)for MR is an emerging minimally invasive surgical method,which has the advantages of less trauma and quick postoperative recovery,and is favored by patients and cardiac surgeons.However,the surgical technique is difficult and the training cycle of surgeons is long.This article is to share the specific operation steps of transthoracic MVP for MR based on clinical experience.
