摘　　要：在总结丁东水库运行管理经验的基础上,分析水库未来发展趋势和现代化建设思路。以水利部现代化水库运行管理矩阵试点建设为契机,结合平原水库功能特点,将水库大坝安全和兴利调度作为两条主线,构思现代化平原水库运行管理矩阵建设框架,高水平完成矩阵试点建设任务,有效提升水库运行管理水平,形成可复制、可推广的现代化平原水库运行管理矩阵建设经验。Based on summarizing the operation management experiences of Dingdong reservoir,the fu-ture development trend and modern construction thinking of the reservoir are analyzed.Taking the pilot construction of modern reservoir operation management matrix by the Ministry of Water Resources as an opportunity,combined with the functions and characteristics of plain reservoirs,the dam safety and ben-eficial operation of the reservoir are taken as two main lines to conceive the construction framework of the modern plain reservoir operation management matrix.Then the matrix pilot construction task is com-pleted at a high level,the reservoir operation management level is effectively improved,and the construc-tion experience of the modern plain reservoir operation management matrix can be copied and promoted.
