摘 要:大体积混凝土参数的准确性是仿真计算的关键,通过反演得到的参数可更好地反映实际工程材料特性,使仿真结果更准确。根据桐城抽水蓄能电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁混凝土的温度监测值,采用三维有限元仿真计算,考虑浇筑分层、加片冰或碎冰拌和、通水冷却等多种实际影响因素,反演混凝土绝热温升参数,并以此为依托进行岩壁吊车梁真实温度应力场计算和温控敏感性分析。计算所得应力场可精准反映岩壁吊车梁真实受力情况,其中拉应力未超过工程允许拉应力,表明该工程的温控防裂措施和标准设计符合防裂需求。敏感性分析结果表明,降低浇筑温度和合理布置冷却水管能更好地降低工程温度应力,起到很好的防裂效果。The accuracy of bulk concrete parameters is the key to simulation calculation.The parame-ters obtained through inversion can better reflect the actual characteristics of engineering materials,making the simulation result more accurate.According to the concrete temperature monitoring values of the rock-bolted crane beam in the underground powerhouse of Tongcheng pumped storage power sta-tion,the three-dimensional finite element simulation calculation is adopted,and the actual influencing factors such as layered pouring,flake ice or crushed ice mixing and water cooling are considered to in-vert the adiabatic temperature rise parameters of concrete,then conducting the real temperature stress field calculation and temperature control sensitivity analysis of the rock-bolted crane beam based on the parameters.The calculated stress field can accurately reflect the true force state of rock-bolted crane beam,and the tensile stress does not exceed the allowable tensile stress of the project,indicating that the temperature control measures and standard design of this project meet the crack prevention require-ments.The sensitivity analysis results show that reducing the pouring temperature and arranging cooling water pipes reasonably can better reduce the temperature stress and play a good crack prevention effect.
