摘　　要：新时代党在“三农”领域的理论创新集中体现为中国特色反贫困理论不断成熟、全面推进乡村振兴的重要论述理论化体系化、建设农业强国方略的提出与完善。党的“三农”理论创新形成了逻辑严密的思想理论体系,并引领改革实践创新取得了历史性成就,作出了时代贡献,为推进乡村全面振兴、建设农业强国奠定了理论基础和实践基础。系统总结、研究新时代党的“三农”理论创新的过程、成果及其时代贡献,对于贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神,继续推进实践基础上的理论创新,以进一步深化改革推进巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、推进乡村全面振兴、推进加快农业农村现代化、推进建设农业强国,对于更好推进中国式现代化建设,具有重要的理论和实践意义。The theoretical innovation of the Communist Party of China in the“three rural areas”(agriculture,rural areas,and farmers)in the new era is manifest in the progressive maturation of the anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics,the ongoing systematization of the theory regarding the comprehensive advancement of rural revitalization,and the proposal and refinement of the strategy for constructing a strong agricultural nation.The Party's theoretical advancements in the“three rural areas”have coalesced into a coherent ideological and theoretical framework,guiding reform practices and innovations to historic accomplishments,contributing to the era,and laying the theoretical and practical groundwork for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the establishment of China as an agricultural power.Systematically summarizing and examining the process,achievements,and contributions of the Party's“three rural”theoretical innovation in the new era is vital.It allows for the continued advancement of theory based on practical experience in implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party.This further deepens reforms,solidifies and expands the gains in poverty alleviation,fosters comprehensive rural revitalization,accelerates the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,and promotes the development of China into a leading agricultural nation.Such endeavors hold profound theoretical and practical significance for the enhanced propulsion of the Chinese-style modernization drive.
