摘  要:电源特性测量是CB实验室和CNAS实验室认可要求的重要内容,实验室电源特性对电子电气产品的电学和性能参数的检测结果影响较大。基于CNAS实验室认可在电气检测领域的应用说明文件CNASCL01-A003:2019和CB检测实验室的操作文件OD 5010,结合检测方法标准规定的试验条件,详细阐述了电源特性与要求、电源特性测量方法、测量步骤,并通过应用案例说明如何运用测量方法和测量步骤,对指定检测条件下的供电电源进行电源特性测量和结果评价。最后总结了电源特性测量的基本原则和满负载情况下不能满足电源特性要求的处理方法。实验室电源特性测量方法的研究对于提升实验室测量结果准确性、促进数据互认互信、提升实验室竞争力和国际合作等方面都具有重要的意义和影响。Power source characteristics measurement constitutes a crucial component of CB laboratory and CNAS laboratory accreditation requirements,and the laboratory’s power source characteristics significantly impact the accuracy of electrical and electronic product testing results.In accordance with the guidance on the application of CNAS accredited laboratories competence criteria in the field of electrical testing(CNAS-CL01-A003:2019)and the testing laboratory operation document established by the IECEE CB Scheme(OD5010),along with the test conditions defined within the testing standard.This article describes in detail the power source characteristics and requirements,power source characteristics measure methods,measurement steps,and illustrate how to utilize the measurement methods and measurement steps to measure power source characteristics and evaluate the results of the power supply under specified testing conditions through cases.Finally,this article summarizes the basic principle of power source characteristics measurement and the treatment method when the power source characteristics cannot meet the requirements under full load.The research on measurement methods for laboratory power characteristics is of great significance and influence in improving the accuracy of laboratory measurement results,promoting data mutual recognition and trust,enhancing laboratory competitiveness,and international cooperation.
