摘　　要：空调系统广泛应用于各类生产生活环境之中,包括有工厂、写字楼、商场和民用住宅等等,随着社会的发展与进步,空调单纯的制冷制热等基本功能已无法满足人们的需求,为了净化空气,附加除菌功能的空调应运而生[1]。本文介绍了一种空调内机除菌模块检测装置,解决了目前手持测量仪器,测试效率低,需要人工综合判断,不能自动判断等问题。本装置使用触摸屏作为人机交互接口,使用PLC作为采样和逻辑执行接口,通过定点位置采样,算法实现离子浓度趋势判断和空气中的干扰离子(离子浓度上限设定)的祛除,从而实现除菌模块离子浓度检出的功能。并由现场试验验证该装置是一种能够实现空调内机除菌模块自动、准确、高效和稳定的智能仪器。Air conditioning systems are widely used in various production and living environments,including factories,office buildings,shopping malls,and residential buildings,etc.With the development and progress of society,the basic functions of air conditioning,such as cooling and heating,are no longer sufficient to meet people’s needs.In order to purify the air,air conditioners with additional disinfection functions have emerged.This article introduces a detection device for the sterilization module of an air conditioner indoor unit,which solves the problems of current handheld measuring instruments,such as low testing efficiency,requiring manual comprehensive judgment,and inability to automatically judge.The device uses touch screen as man-machine interaction interface,uses PLC as sampling and logical execution interface,and adopts fixed-point position sampling,the ion concentration detection function of the sterilization module is realized by the way of ion concentration trend judgment and ion interference removal in the air(ion concentration upper limit setting).Field tests have verified that this device is an intelligent instrument that can realize automatic,accurate,efficient,and stable sterilization module detection for air conditioner indoor units.
