摘  要:本文基于中国质量认证中心发布的《智能家用电器语音交互性能认证技术规范》,构建了一套智能语音家电产品分级评价体系。针对市面主流的10款智能音箱、空调、冰箱等产品,从语音唤醒、语音交互、语义理解三个维度,提取10项关键指标,在标准实验室环境下开展测试,采集和分析相关数据。研究发现,当前产品在语音交互性能表现上参差不齐,整体呈现出“少数优秀、多数中等、个别较差”的格局,语义理解能力普遍偏弱,成为亟需攻克的技术难题。本研究搭建的分级评价体系,可为后续产品质量评定提供规范,为企业产品改进提供抓手,为用户选购提供参考,进而助力智能语音家电产业高质量发展。Based on the“Certification Criteria for Voice Interaction Performance of Smart Household Appliances”standard released by China Quality Certification Center,this paper constructs a grading evaluation system for intelligent voice home appliance products.Targeting 10 mainstream smart speakers,air conditioners,refrigerators and other products on the market,10 key indicators are extracted from three dimensions:voice wake-up,voice interaction,and semantic understanding.Tests are carried out in a standard laboratory environment to collect and analyze relevant data.The research found that the current products have uneven performance in voice interaction,showing an overall pattern of“a few excellent,most medium,and a few poor”.The semantic understanding ability is generally weak,which has become a technical problem that needs to be urgently tackled.The grading evaluation system established in this research can provide norms for subsequent product quality evaluation,provide a handle for enterprise product improvement,provide reference for user selection,and then help the high-quality development of the intelligent voice home appliance industry.
