摘　　要：本文对GB 4706.8-2008《家用和类似用途电器的安全电热毯、电热垫及类似柔性发热器具的特殊要求》[1]等相关检测标准进行深入研究和实际试验,对比了控制型柔性发热器具和其他柔性发热器具的工作原理、发热试验的供电方式、结果判定,并以控制型电热褥垫产品为例,探究了在发热试验期间不同的环境温度对于器具各个部件发热温度的影响,验证了控制型器具不受环境温度的影响,是更为“高级”的柔性发热器具,为柔性发热器具产品的检测做了有益的探索。This article conducts in-depth research and practical experiments on relevant testing standards such as GB 4706.8-2008“Household and similar electrical appliances-Safety-Part 1:General requirements”[1].It compares the working principles,power supply methods,and result judgments of control type flexible heating appliances and other flexible heating appliances.Taking the control type electric heating pad product as an example,it explores the influence of different environmental temperatures on the heating temperature of various components of the appliances during the heating test,verifies that control type appliances are not affected by environmental temperature,and are more“advanced”flexible heating appliances,making useful explorations for the testing of flexible heating appliances products.
