摘　　要：空调电控芯片等元器件用到RTV(室温硫化型)胶,在其芯片上进行涂覆,主要起到防震、防潮和固定等防护作用。本文研究了RTV胶在空调电控元器件固定中的应用,通过实验和分析,探讨了RTV胶的粘接性能、可靠性、环保性能和发展前景。结果表明,RTV胶具有优良的粘接性能和可靠性,能够有效地固定电控元器件,提高空调电控元器件的性能和稳定性。此外,RTV胶还具有环保优势,能够降低资源消耗和环境污染。未来,RTV胶在空调电控行业的应用前景广阔,但需要解决推广瓶颈和加强技术研发等问题。Air conditioning electronic control chips and other components use RTV(room temperature vulcanization type)adhesive,which is coated on their chips to mainly provide protection such as shock resistance,moisture resistance,and fixation.To ensure its stability and reliability,based on industry standards,national standards,international standards,and actual usage environment considerations,we independently designed a process validation and reliability validation plan for RTV adhesive performance,including surface drying time,curing time,adhesion,moisture test,vibration test,flowability,etc.,to compare and verify RTV adhesive from different manufacturers in the industry.Find the optimal verification solution that meets the requirements for chip sealing and fixation in the home appliance industry,and provide verification reference for the evaluation and introduction of RTV adhesive in the home appliance industry.
