摘 要:本文以某型号吸油烟机为研究对象,通过仿真软件模拟,系统性开展烟机流场特性及声学特性分析,明确了吸油烟机止逆阀噪声源位置、噪声类型,揭示吸油烟机噪声产生机理及降噪机制。基于烟机流场特性与声学特性数值分析,设计止逆阀消音结构,并在吸油烟机上开展应用对比试验,在确保吸油烟机现有性能不变的前提下大幅度降低其噪声。This article takes a certain model of range hood as the research object,and systematically analyzes the flow field characteristics and acoustic characteristics of the range hood through simulation software.It clarifies the location and type of noise source of the check valve of the range hood,and reveals the mechanism of noise generation and noise reduction of the range hood.Based on the numerical analysis of the flow field characteristics and acoustic characteristics of the range hood,design the silencing structure of the check valve,and Conduct comparative experiments on the application of range hoods,Significantly reduce the noise of the range hood while ensuring its current performance remains unchanged.
