摘  要:选用无水Na_(2)SiO_(3)(简称W体系)、CaO+Na_(2)CO_(3)(摩尔比1∶1,简称C体系)和Na_(2)SO_(4)+普通硅酸盐水泥(质量比2∶1,简称Z体系)3种固态碱性激发剂制备碱矿渣流态固化土,研究水胶比和碱掺量对碱矿渣流态固化土流动性、无侧限抗压强度和微观结构的影响。结果表明:固化土的流动度随水胶比的增加而显著增大,其中,C体系碱掺量为10%,水胶比为0.9时,固化土的流动度可达204 mm,无离析现象,有利于泵送施工;碱掺量的增加会导致固化土的流动度下降,W体系影响最大;Z体系不具备抗压强度,只有C和W体系在10%碱掺量时才完整脱模并具有抗压强度;相较普通硅酸盐水泥,C和W体系具有低Ca/Si值,其C-S-H凝胶的聚合度更好,微观结构也越密实。CaO+Na_(2)CO_(3)(molar ratio 1∶1,called as C system),Na_(2)SO_(4)+ordinary silicate cement(mass ratio 2∶1,called as Z system)and anhydrous Na_(2)SiO_(3)(W system)were selected as solid alkali excitants to prepare alkali slag fluidized solidified soil,and to study the effects of water cement ratio and alkali dosing on the fluidity,unconfined compressive strength and microstructure of alkali slag fluidized solidified soil.The results show that:the fluidity of solidified soil increases significantly with the increase of water cement ratio,C10-0.9 can reach 204 mm with no segregation phenomenon,which is conducive to the pumping construction.The increase of alkali doping will lead to a decrease in the fluidity of the solidified soil,and the influence of the W system has the greatest change;the Z system does not have the compressive strength,and only the C and W systems have complete demolding and compressive strength at 10%alkali doping,compared with ordinary silicate cement,the C and W systems have a low Ca/Si value,and their C-S-H gels have a better degree of polymerization,resulting in a denser structure.
