摘  要:基于原材料特性、技术要求和实际应用情况,确定了合理的掺合料组成方案,通过正交设计C55机制砂混凝土,研究了混凝土流动性、塑性黏度和抗压强度的变化。结果表明,掺合料影响混凝土的工作性能,其中石粉能明显负向影响混凝土倒筒时间;黏度与工作性能之间存在密切关系。结合多因素线性回归分析提出了基于工作性能的黏度预测方法;不同龄期下掺合料对混凝土抗压强度产生不同程度的影响,矿物掺合料的种类和掺量与混凝土7 d抗压强度有较好的相关性。Based on the consideration of raw material properties,technical requirements and practical applications,a reasonable admixture composition scheme was determined,and the flow performance,plastic viscosity and compressive strength of concrete were investigated through the orthogonal design of C55 machine-made sand concrete.The results show that the admixture affects the working performance of concrete,in which the stone powder can significantly affect the concrete pouring time;there is a close relationship between viscosity and working performance indicators,combined with the multi-factor linear regression analysis proposed viscosity prediction method based on the working performance;the addition of mineral admixtures has varying degrees of impact on the compressive strength of concrete at different ages,and there is a good correlation between the type and dosage of mineral admixtures and the 7 d compressive strength of concrete.
