摘 要:为解决钢筋混凝土煤筒仓内衬结构加固后耐磨层出现裂纹和“白斑”的问题,立足黄骅港务钢筋混凝土煤筒仓内衬耐磨层服役性能技术研究项目,通过在现有耐磨料中掺入硅烷基粉末、吸水树脂(SAP)、纳米级硅灰,通过调整掺量实现憎水、免养护效果。试验结果表明:单掺0.3%硅烷基粉末时,28 d抗压强度最高,为67.3 MPa;双掺0.2%SAP+2.0%纳米级硅灰时,28 d抗压强度最高,为68.9 MPa。硅烷基粉末、SAP、纳米级硅灰的三元改性耐磨料综合性能均优于二元、一元改性组,以0.2%硅烷基粉末+0.2%SAP+2.0%纳米级硅灰复掺时,耐磨料的抗压强度、跳桌流动度、耐磨性能、抗冲击性能、抗裂性能、渗透性能最优,微观结构中水化结晶相排列密实程度及孔洞中结晶相数量均最多、密实程度最高。To solve the problem of cracks and“white spots”in the wear-resistant layer of the reinforced concrete coal silo lining structure after reinforcement,based on the research project on the service performance of the wear-resistant layer of the reinforced concrete coal silo lining in Huanghua Port,by incorporating silane based powder,water absorbing resin(SAP),and nano silica fume into existing wear-resistant materials,hydrophobic and maintenance free effects can be achieved by adjusting the dosage.The results were as follows,the 28 d compressive strength was 67.3 MPa when the optimal dosage of silane based powder was 0.3%,and the strength was 68.9 MPa when the optimal dosage of SAP was 0.2%+2.0%nano silica fume.It can be obtained by compounding silane based powder and SAP+nano silica fume,with 0.2%silane based powder+0.2%SAP+2.0%nano silica fume.The compressive strength,table jumping flowability,wear resistance,impact resistance,crack resistance,and permeability are all excellent.The microstructure hydration crystal phase arrangement has the highest density and the highest number of crystal phases in the pores.
