摘  要:聚羧酸系高效减水剂(PCE)因减水率高、分散性好、坍落度保持时间长、分子结构可调控等优异性能而得到广泛应用。但由于优质天然砂石日益稀缺,导致混凝土骨料中含泥量普遍偏高,严重影响了PCE在工程中的使用效果,提高PCE与黏土的相容性成为亟待解决的关键问题。首先讨论了不同黏土矿物与PCE的相互作用机理,从PCE侧链长度的调整、侧链形状的改变、引入官能团和牺牲剂的使用几个方面详细综述了近几年提高PCE抗泥性能的研究成果,为PCE的进一步设计和开发提供参考。Polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE)is widely used for its excellent properties such as high water reduction rate,good dispersibility,long slump retention time and adjustable molecular structure.However,due to the increasing scarcity of high-quality natural sand,the mud content in concrete aggregate is generally high,which seriously affects the effect of PCE in engineering.Therefore,how to improve the compatibility of PCE and clay has become a key problem to be solved.In this review,the interaction mechanism between different clay minerals and PCE is discussed.The research results of improving the mud resistance of PCE in recent years are summarized in detail from the adjustment of side chain length,the change of side chain shape,the introduction of functional groups and the use of sacrificial agents,which provides reference for the further design and development of PCE.
